Calendula – A Flower, Herb, and….Salad Ingredient?

A Hardy Annual that can reduce pain and inflammation while also dressing up a salad.   Sounds like a fun plant to play with, No? Thinking I’ll do a huge Herb Garden….

I think that this year I want an enormous Herb Garden!  The photo above shows my three Raised-Beds (an Earlier Post on Raised-Beds) that have produced wonderfully for three years now. Let’s take a closer look at that first Raised-Bed: This Raised-Bed is 3 feet by 4 feet for a total of 12 Square Feet of Gardening Goodness!  How’s that for Enormous?? Now, What Herbs to Plant?
